Physiotherapy for Women's Health

Having a baby is an incredible joy, and changes your life in so many amazing ways. However, pregnancy and childbirth can have lasting effects on a woman’s body, preventing you from being able to do what you loved before giving birth.

Over the past decade, I have worked with many women, treating symptoms such as:

  • Abdominal muscle deficiency (Diastasis recti)

  • Hip pain

  • Back pain

  • Pelvic pain

  • Lack of strength and mobility

  • Unexplained chronic pain

 

It doesn’t matter whether you had a baby 6 months ago or 10 years ago – there's always something we can do to improve your health and wellbeing.

 

How I work

I prefer to wait until 3-6 months post-partum, to give your body a chance to heal on its own. After that, we can work together on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis with a treatment plan specifically designed for you.
